Just picked up rv, fridge light is lit up saying check.does the fridge have a fuse by reason fridge would not be working. 2005 coachman freedom

If there is a check light on, it has 12 volt. It does not need a full 12 volts to function properly.
Are you trying to run it on propane ?
Is your propane tank valve open ?
Light one stove top burner for a couple minutes, then retry frig.
