Well, since this thread isn't about problems with this web site, I'll recommend future posts be placed in the right forum and request the mods to move it where it'll get the right attention. But I'll also answer the question, below.
No, this is due to the drain hose being plugged up, probably with a wasp nest.
Normal operation will cause condensation on the coils. This is supposed to drip into a catch tray and drain off through a hose to the outside. If there are puddles inside the fridge, it simply means the condensation isn't draining away for some reason, and that is usually the plugged hose. It would be the same if you were running on electric, propane has nothing to do with it.
My TT's fridge has a catch tray right under the coils, but some units have the drain in the center of the floor. If yours has the catch tray, perhaps it has come loose. If the drain is at the bottom of the fridge, perhaps you've placed things on the shelves to intercept the falling water before it gets to the bottom drain. Lastly, it is easy enough, usually, to run a flexible wire or rod down the drain hose to clear it of obstructions. You don't want something too stiff or sharp so you puncture the hose, just stiff enough to not kink up on you, and certainly dull to avoid punctures.
