Reliable Generator Service in Austin, Texas

First off, I hope this would be the appropriate area to post this, if not my apologies as I am new to the forum. Anyhow, I recently bought my first RV and I needed some work done to it. In researching reliable RV service in my local area I was shocked to see how many negative reviews I found for all the major RV service providers. In this forum someone recommended a mobile RV service however they were booked through fall. They referred me to Fred at Gen-Tech for my generator issues. Fred was also extremely booked but fit me in after hours and fixed my generator and went the extra mile as to walk me through routine maintenance I can do myself and even provided me with oil and the correct spark plug so that I can change it when needed. He also said to call him anytime if I have any questions or I needed any guidance with my generator. I left extremely satisfied.
