I like the fact the company offers assistance to those who complained in the review section:
"Thank you very much for your review. We’re very sorry you were not completely satisfied with the Goo Gone Caulk Remover. You will need to safely remove as much of the dry sealant as possible. Directly apply Goo Gone Caulk Remover to sealant and wait 2–3 minutes. Work caulk remover tool under edges of sealant to lift off of the surface. Reapply to remove remaining residue. Wipe and rinse area with a clean white cloth or paper towel. For stubborn caulk stains, allow product to sit for 10 minutes. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products.
