SirBenji -- did you read the reviews for your linked charger? Many of them seemed less than stellar. Some may be operator error.
I think you'd be happier getting a multistage converter such as one of the PD9200 series. If you're put off by the term "converter", just think of it as a hardwired multistage battery charger. $180 CAD or so should do it from e.g. bestconverter; yes, it's more money than the charger you linked, but will probably be more reliable, and charge batteries more rapidly in practice when needed, and have a track record of working reasonably well when plugged in long-term for maintenance charging.
