Removing panel on Renogy Solar Panel mount

Has anyone tried removing your solar panel from Renogy Z panel mounts? There doesn't seem to be a lot of room maybe 3/4". Since there is a locking nut, you would need 2 wrenches one inside to hold the bolt and the other to loosen the lock nut.
