I played hell getting the alloy rims off my Superduty the first time. I used a 4x4 and an 8 lb. maul and they wouldn't budge. Since I didn't want to take the truck back to the ground and drive with loose lugs, I called my Professor of all things truck. His solution is to heat the aluminum rim and then douse it with water. The wheels nearly fell off the lugs. It has something to do with dissimilar metals and their different heat conductance. To forgo any more problems, I spread Never-seize on the axle hubs before assembly.
If I was busting loose cranky duals all day, the Ken-tool might be my new buddy.
