I think the first LED is panel, the second is batt and the third is load. Is the center LED the flashing red and then solid green? Disconnect both batt and panel and reconnect in the proper order!
My controller is very specific that the batt is connected first and then the panel. MC4 have do not connect under load on em also.
The controller needs to know if it is 12v or 24v setup in advance based on batt voltage.
I connect the batt first, turn the panel away from the sun and connect the MC4s.
