Yes. EP Solar is the big holding company in China that has LandStar as one of its lines for PWM. They do MPPT with their Tracer line. Decent quality, no worries.
Not sure what the connection is with MorningStar, but there seems to be one somewhere or other, as the instruction manuals for each are written by the same person!
