Anytime the battery voltage is 15 or more, any inverter you have will not run due to going overvoltage at 15v. My batts would like some time at 15+ but I use the inverter, so they get 14.8v
They get 15+ sometimes as a special procedure when the inverter is off and battery disconnect is on too so fridge etc don't see high voltage. (Equalize routine similar)
