Install a charging path using #8 wire (or larger) from the van to the RV. Run the van one hour a day, or as needed. 16 feet #6 with clamps
Next Cheapest but allows for some side benefits.
Purchase an inverter that will run the 30 amp charger. Run the van one hour per day, or as needed. Side benefit is 120 volt power to be used for amenities.
