Replace Dometic Tstat
I currently have a Dometic Digital tstat and want to replace it with a Honeywell digital. The dometic only has 3 wires and I am now confused. Anyone have any info that might help?

- Yes, You cannot do it. The 3 wire system sends a signal to the AC control board in the AC upper housing. It is proprietary and will not work with Home type wall tstats. Doug

RichH - You would need to replace the control board in the ceiling to the old style and pull some additional wires.
Why the change?
