Replace failed RV fridge with "apartment" fridge & inverter?

We do everything you are saying except with a 22 cubic foot fridge. We have 800 watts of solar on the roof. Before we got the fridge we were in the habit of running the genny for 30 to 45 min at breakfast and supper. We still do the same. Covers high current loads and tops up the batteries at the same time. We have been in non generator campgrounds and gone 3 to 5 days with just solar with no problem but we watch our toaster, coffee maker and microwave use a little closer.
