Better to base the calculations on a 5 hour solar day not a 7 hour.
If the panels are to be a fixed install, then derate them by about 25% (i.e. 400 watts will give you 300).
The smaller the battery bank, the more solar is needed per 100 amp-hours of storage.
After inverter losses 1000 watt-hours is going to consume 100 amp-hours of battery bank. With only a 300 amp-hour bank, there is only 36 hours of fridge use. But that allows for no other use, so you are a bit skinny on capacity.
