AS was mentioned not any 14" LT tires left anymore as 14" wheels/tires for the small size trucks went the way of the wind some years ago. Now even our 15" sizes are shrinking down to a couple of sizes.
Check out the Kumho 857 195R14C or the Maxxis U-168 LT (all position) in a few 14" sizes. Both tires are the euro all position commercial class tire as the C at the end of the tire size designates.
Do not mix radials and bias ply tires on a car/van/truck/etc where one set steers and the other set follows.
