Have you called them? I guess it depends on the division. Our 2017 Rockwood LED lights all started failing soon after the purchase. Some overheated and melted the lens and scorched the cieling panel. Rockwood sent me a case of 24 replacements when I needed 10. On the 3rd season not 1 has failed.
