I bought mine at Lowes they had to order them about a week to get in. They were vacuum purged ready to fill.
The place that did recertification wanted over a buck more per gallon to fill plus recertified fee.
It was almost the same and I got nice new shiny tanks. I replaced the regulator also it was 20 years old time for upgrade.
