Am I mistaken or can a person not just take off their 30 pounder and attach a 20 pounder to get by with? Most exchange places I have seen do either/or an exchange with or without one to turn in. You still only get 15 lbs worth in a 20 lb can.
Do the recert. Surly you can come accross a porpane suplier in your travels to do it.
