Replacing a A-frame Jack, need to enlarge 2" hole to 2-1/4"

Replacing my A-frame jack and the new one has the outside tube of
2-1/4" where my old one was 2". the 2nd (bottom) hole in the a frame is 2" and I need to enlarge it to 2-1/4"
This is on a Trailmanor 3326 travel trailer.
Is there any easy way to make that hole 1/4 inch larger?

Jack I am trying to install

A 2 1/4 inch metal bit?! Does he use a 3/8 or 1/2 inch drill motor? (Sarcasm on). Grinding seems much more practical for the average DIY selfer. Someone who does not own a metal working shop anyway.

Grind away. 1/8" all the way around. That does sound unusual. They is a standard.
