JC2, I have the xantrex prowatt 1000. It's a decent unit, and they've come down in price. That microsolar inverter may be a good buy, as well.
Running two inverters may be better, in the case that the fridge fires up just as you start the microwave or something else with a heavy draw. Same load on the batteries, but less load on the 2000. Plus you have a back-up unit, if one fails.
