There are a lot of inexpensive inverters showing up on the market these days challenging the old guard like Xantrex and others. Some of these older models are using technology that is over 10 years old. Proven yes, but also expensive and not necessarily the most efficient.
Most of the newer inverter are from China. Some are better than others. Check YouTube for inverter reviews. Size your inverter conservatively. You typical load should be about 50-75% of the maximum. Oh, and don't believe that the peak power is 200% of the continuous power.
Also, you really need to up your battery bank. I would recommend 2 Trojan 6V golf cart batteries. They do make a single battery box that will hold 2 6V batteries. Even then, if you are dry camping, your refrigerator may run the batteries out before AM.
