Don,
400 watts of PV for two batteries? Even you have always said about 100 watts per battery is sufficient and he only has two. Putting 400 watts on a Class C might be a challenge. My 405 watts usually have my 4 batteries up by noon and I consider myself a heavy user, ie. I don't conserve.
Someone previously recommended RV Solar Electric in Snottsdale, AZ. They have a 160 watt complete system including inverter with #10 PV wire for $1939, not installed. I would run from that deal as fast as the roadrunner I have been trying to catch in my yard.
The OP already said he didn't have the time to do an install and I understand that. I suggest he do a small amount of research which he has already done some. Then put together a bill of materials and post his BOM here and I'm sure the forum will be glad to help tweek it for him with suggestions and recommendations. Then he can purchase his gear. Now for the install, I suggest he find a mobile RV guy to do the install. The reason I say this is because I have found that they are often less expensive than the RV stores with their huge overhead. The mobile RV guy should come with references.
