I believe the 2007 Coachmen Freelander 2430DB can accommodate two Group 31 batteries in its battery bay under the entry steps. It would then be easy for me to recommend two Lifeline GPL31-XT 12 volt batteries for 250 AH, a new Morningstar TS-MPPT-30 controller w/battery volatage sense and temp comp wires, and TS-RM-2 meter, a Trimetric RV-2025 battery monitor, and appropriate wiring. The kicker would be having enough room on the roof for a 310 watt 24 volt panel ($1/watt). Things would change if there is only room for several 100 to 160 watt 12 volt panels. If the price of the Lifelines cause heartburn the VMAX ChargeTank SLR125 is significantly less, yet quite serviceable.
