Resi fridges in more and more units
I'm seeing more units without propane ability for the fridge. If an inverter is also supplied by the manufacturer to only run the fridge does it stay powered enough from the tow vehicle on long runs...

Yes, my 21 cuft Whirlpool WRT311FZDB/black measured at the input of my 1000W PSW inverter.
I was looking at a Whirpool 10 Cu ft. unit that did not list Amp draw but one consumer had measured the draw during normal compressor operation and it was 1A. That would translate to somewhere around 10+ A 12V inverter input. Also I believe that many of these smaller units have enclosed coils (behind the side panels?)so I wonder about proper ventilation in an RV installation.
