Yes Mr. Wizard, it is one of the Freedom Series inverter chargers. As to the venting issue, its been many years since I've seen any exposed coils on any residential refer I've owned...this model I'm looking at does not vent from the front, its open at the rear with exposed coils. I asked this because it just seemed to me that keeping those exposed coils cooler especially with a hot sun outside, would make sense. I planned on sealing the interior to prevent air intrusion. I can always add or subtract any exhaust vennting I may install.
