Retail source for connectors for propane mod?
EDIT to clarify: A LOCAL source is needed - no time to order anything online before we leave. I'm trying to bypass the regulator on my Coleman RoadTrip grill to use the low pressure propane line...

Try a Propane retailer - most larger ones (the ones who supply home tanks and deliver gas) have a parts section at their location. That's where I went when I wanted to do the same as you. I took the grille in with me, explained what I wanted to do and they found all the bits.
