Alex, there was a firmware update on 8/22. I think you have the 1.0.2 version, and there is a 1.0.3. It doesn't have anything to do with the setpoint discrepancy you've been seeing -- that's not uncommon and I'm pretty sure a VTRIM tweak will take care of that -- but it does address a couple of other areas that you might run into, specifically where small batteries are concerned. You need the data converter to do the upgrade. If you can message or email (mloring@roguepowertech.com) me with your current shipping address, I will send you a converter and the firmware file. Then download the PowerNet software from the Rogue website (http://www.roguepowertech.com/products/powernet.htm) and install it on your computer. Follow the instructions in the user's guide to perform the upgrade.
