Standing back from it all, you have a new solar set-up and new fancy controller on three batts that have sat there the last 8 months.
Which is most likely to have something wrong? I thought from the Op the batts were sulfated, but in fact being AGMs it could be anything else or that too, but it remains the batts are the most likely suspects here.
Instead of fiddling with the new panels and controller, I agree with the others who say just leave the batts hooked up and see if they get back to life after a while now that they are seeing some charging at last. Give it a week or so. Relax.
