roof leaking
Back 5' roof is spongy,willprobably have to replace wood under roof material. will material have to be replced also or will it pull loose & be able to be reused? any idea what the cost would be for so...

Yes, you can peel back a roof membrane and reuse it.
Question about the cost of repair by someone else might be better addressed in the "Tech Issues" or "General" sections of the Forum. If you hang around here, in the DIY section, you'll probably get an estimate of the materials. RV Circus got you started with cost of his membrane. IMO, anyone that can build a dog house can repair an RV. I'd suggest to DIY and pocket the money difference and miss out on the aggravation of taking it somewhere to be repaired.
