Turned out to be the evaporator temp sensor had come unclipped from the coils. I had to remove the top side cover and the housing cover to discover it. PEIREK---that is more common than you think. That very same thing happened to my A/C in my living room (window unit). (Yes even the evap temp sensor problem). Mine became unclipped too.
I would bet that is what happened to the OP also. Maybe not the evap temp sensor, but I would bet its ICE likely dirty filter in the RV.
