Hi,
I heard from the Rugbuddy folks. Here is what I asked:
"I am interested in using the rugbuddy in a situation where the floor would initially be at -18 f. How much can I expect the floor temperature to rise to?"
Answer:

A good 30 to 40 degrees.

I'm wondering if they did not understand the question. 40 degrees from -18f is still 1 miserably cold 22 f and well below freezing.
