Good find Piano. Wouldn't work for us as we don't have rugs but I'll be forwarding it to some folks with a 45 footer and area rugs over ceramic tile floors that will probably love it.
Our ceramic tile is cold in the winter on the feet but short of tearing it out we are stuck with it. If we crank the heat in the basement it seems to help as it does make it up through the floor but it still feels cold on midnight refrigerator runs during the winter.
We have the under floor heating under the laminate flooring but that's only in the living room and bedroom. Works great although the wattage numbers are less than the product you pointed out.
