Somewhere in all this it might be a good idea to have that house receptacle be a GFCI.
Sometimes you can get a GFCI "issue" in the RV, you don't know about until you plug into one. At home, you can figure it out if you can run an extension cord from the RV inside to the bathroom GFCI receptacle, and test from there.
If your actual dedicated RV house (= campground pedestal) receptacle were already a GFCI, then you would not have to run a cord into the bathroom to find one.
