Had the same problem in my Sprinter based Class B. It's a bit smaller than your rig, but I know what you mean.
What solved the problem for me was adding a rear spring assist kit. Basically, adding another helper leaf to the rear springs. The one I added won't work for you, but perhaps you could find something similar?
