Yes! Thank goodness Indiana did away with the personal property tax on RV's, which was a real pain. Now it's just a normal registration (with excise tax) like any other vehicle.
But, I'm pretty certain, if the vehicle sits unlicensed, and then you decide to license it, you have to pay for the back years it was unlicensed anyway! (Someone may correct me on this, but I'm pretty certain it's still that way). (I sure hope I'm wrong though).
