There are several things that cause excessive vibration and i've seen a few of 'em not all on my rig
One is a cracked or deformed fan or blower (On my dash air and on another person's RV) another is insect nests (my own) Rarley is it the motor
Also this will kick up the amps an amp or two
It will also reduce air flow
Which can seriously kick up the amps.
Another thing is a clogged air path. This can result in vibration as the air does some strange stuff. And if it is the CONDENSER it will drive up the internal heat in the system. this increases head pressure. Runs the amps up to the point of a breaker trip.
Inspection and cleaning fix most of that. Replace defective fans or blowers.
