Who uses it? does it really work? Design flaws? I was thinking of getting one once I get a Class C. Thanks!

The 90 deg sweep elbow is so short, and generally a larger diameter than the stock exhaust pipe, so there's virtually no change in back pressure. Onan's own exhaust extensions will create more back pressure than a Gen-Turi.
