My 30 amp solar controller is dead.Left the camper this morning and it was working fine, came back this afternoon and it wasn't. Are these things fused or is a deal where if it quits you just replace the controller? I checked the manual and the RV for a fuse but found none. All connections to the controller are tight and look fine. Any ideas ?

No the panels won't charge the battery without the controller. I just had the same thing happen with my Morningstar PWM 45 controller.

Open up what? .....the controller. Nothing to open up as there is 4 wires I think connected to the controller. Really nothing to trouble shoot.
