Heed to replace the microwave .do I need to have the same brand for the brackets that hold it in place to fit.thanks

- Likely not however if there is any special ductowrk then you may need to re-do that.. Some makes have special ductwork bolted to the exterior of the case to duct the hot, moisture laden, air they exhaust to somewhere where it won't do damage.
