I don't think that I have ever seen someone complain about getting TOO MUCH gas mileage!

Hand calculate a few tanks of gas, you might be pleasantly surprised. At 55 mph your fuel use is probably optimized. My Dodge B3500 van (360 gas engine pushing a box sitting on a tall suspension) consistently gets 13 mpg at 70 mph but gets 16+ at 55-60 mph.
