Has anybody solved the problem of screw heads roof popping up thru rubber roof? I'm not sure if this happening because of poor workmanship or what. Has not happened on any other RV we've owned. I ...

If out of warranty I would just cut a tiny slit on top of the screw head, tighten it back down, and use the appropriate sealer over the slit.
