Ebay is full of them. If you don't mind bidding, or take advantage of "make offer", you can get 100 watt panels for $115 to $120 incl shipping. So if you knock off the shipping, that's less than $1 a watt.
Otherwise they are always selling for $125 to $130 per panel including shipping.
Some are located in china, many are located in S Ca.
Otherwise go buy a pallet full of the big heavy huge panels for .99, then pay the shipping, and then try to wrestle them big heavy suckers on the roof by yourself.
