Similar. The one I owned had a bail handle boing from side to side. The bail was connected on the side of the adapter to an internal butterfly valve. Pull the bail to a vertical position to close it, and push it forward to a horizontal position t open. It came my an Itasca motor home, and it may have been proprietary to Winnebago. Probably don't make them any more. I liked because I could close the valve and fill the hose with water from a water hose to rinse it out.
