My folks purchased a COLD SPOT chest freezer from Sears in 1952. In 1977 running 24/7/365 they moved away into an apartment. The freezer never quivered.
These days NOTHING leaving assembly lines in China are tested or checked. Instant 10% inventory land fill. I have a question for you - how many of you would pay double the price for something that lasted twice as long and was repairable via module replacement at a (minor) fraction of the price of a new unit?
I cannot believe the political raving over "Global Warming" while a country ***** the entire earth of resources to soon end up as land fill. "A fine mess yo got us into Stanley".
