Securing a Regular Microwave in an RV: Affordable Solutions?
Hello everybody!
I recently purchased my first camper trailer, and I hope you'll forgive me if my question seems a bit newbie. My trailer didn't come with a microwave but instead had an air fryer installed by the private seller. Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me, and I've decided to purchase a microwave for my trailer.
However, I'm facing a problem: I don't know how to properly secure the microwave to prevent it from falling while on the road. A standard Walmart microwave would be the perfect size for my needs, but I'm unsure how to fix it in place. I found some RV-specific microwaves on Amazon that come with a special metal frame to be bolted to the cabinet, but they are 4-5 times more expensive than a regular microwave.
Could anyone suggest some affordable options for installing a standard microwave in my RV? Or maybe I'm not looking in the right places? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
