Securing New Residential Fridge Doors/Power Needs

I want to install this in place of my Norcold N821. I need some ideas on how to secure the doors, besides bungee cords. Also, I can't find the exact power requirements, but can I get some ...

I think that Magnum is an inverter/charger.
I recommend GoPower 1000w for $400.

Since it is a MH with a decent house charging circuit(compared to a TT) the two house batteries will be fine. They just need to cover the start surge or a few hours while you are stopped on the road.
