Securing New Residential Fridge Doors/Power Needs

I want to install this in place of my Norcold N821. I need some ideas on how to secure the doors, besides bungee cords. Also, I can't find the exact power requirements, but can I get some ...

If the OP beefs up the charging path to the "house" batteries 2 12 volt should be fine for traveling.
