Securing New Residential Fridge Doors/Power Needs

I want to install this in place of my Norcold N821. I need some ideas on how to secure the doors, besides bungee cords. Also, I can't find the exact power requirements, but can I get some ...

Unless you also want to run the microwave while in transit I would stick with smaller 1000w to keep the 12v connection easier. 2 batteries is a bit light for 2000w.
