Securing New Residential Fridge Doors/Power Needs

I want to install this in place of my Norcold N821. I need some ideas on how to secure the doors, besides bungee cords. Also, I can't find the exact power requirements, but can I get some ...

Hi,

In my previous RV I did run a 2000 watt MSW inverter on two group 29 12 volt jars. They lasted a long long time. I used the inverter to run a 750 watt hot plate for 30 minutes at a time.
