Securing New Residential Fridge Doors/Power Needs

I want to install this in place of my Norcold N821. I need some ideas on how to secure the doors, besides bungee cords. Also, I can't find the exact power requirements, but can I get some ...

child proof catches
vynal/plastic that work like a back pack snap catch/ buckle thingy
short about 5" self sticky 3m, long end sticks to side of fridge
catch end sticks on the door
quick easy and work great
